长距离克特接近开关

克特接近开关由两线制和三线制的区别，三线制克特接近开关又分为NPN型和PNP型，它们的接线是不同的。

两线制克特接近开关的接线比较简单，克特接近开关与负载串联后接到电源即可。

三线制克特接近开关的接线：红（棕）线接电源正端，蓝线接电源OV端，黄（黑）线为信号，应接负载。而负载的另一端是这样接的，对于NPN型克特接近开关，应接到电源正端；对于PNP型克特接近开关，则应接到电源OV端。

克特接近开关的负载可以是信号等，继电器线圈或可编程控制器PLC的数字量输入模块。

需要特别注意，接到PLC数字输入模块的三线制克特接近开关的型式选择。PLC数字量输入模块一般可分为两类：一类的公共输入端为电源OV，电流从输入模块流出（日本模式），此时，一定要选用NPN型克特接近开关。另一类的公共输入端为电源正端，电流流入输入模块，即阱式输入（欧洲模式），此时一定要选用PNP型克特接近开关，千万不要选错了。

Long distance Kete proximity switch

Kete proximity switches are distinguished by two wire and three wire systems. Three wire Kete proximity switches are further divided into NPN and PNP types, and their wiring is different.

The wiring of the two wire Kete proximity switch is relatively simple. The Kete proximity switch is connected in series with the load and connected to the power supply.

The wiring of the three wire Kete proximity switch: the red (brown) wire is connected to the positive end of the power supply, the blue wire is connected to the OV end of the power supply, and the yellow (black) wire is the signal, which should be connected to the load. And the other end of the load is connected in this way. For NPN type Kete proximity switches, they should be connected to the positive end of the power supply; For PNP type Kete proximity switches, they should be connected to the power supply OV terminal.

The load of the Kete proximity switch can be a signal, relay coil, or digital input module of a programmable controller PLC.

Special attention should be paid to the type selection of the three wire Kete proximity switch connected to the PLC digital input module. PLC digital input modules can generally be divided into two types: one type has a common input terminal of the power supply OV, and the current flows out from the input module (Japanese mode). In this case, it is necessary to choose an NPN type Kete proximity switch. The other type of common input terminal is the positive end of the power supply, and the current flows into the input module, which is the trap type input (European mode). At this time, it is necessary to choose the PNP type Kete proximity switch, and do not choose the wrong one.
