概述：

克特矿用接近开关为本安结构，内部浇封，防护等级为IP67,开关采用磁感应原理，无碰撞、抗干扰能力强，广泛应用于煤矿、化工、石油等有爆炸性危险的场所，是现代自动控制系统中的理想传感器。

注意事项：

1、周围环境温度:-5℃～+60℃；

2、大气压力：80KPa ～ 106KPa；

3、相对湿度：≤95%（+25℃）；

4、大气压力：80KPa ～ 106KPa；

5、无显著振动和冲击的场合；

6、煤矿井下有爆炸性混合物，但无破坏绝缘的腐蚀性气体的场合。

7、浇封产品严禁在运行中敲打，严禁改装影响防爆性能。

8、配套磁钢表面磁场须≥1300GS。

S260E克特永磁铁感应开关由静件磁性开关和动件控制磁钢组成，采用磁感应原理，使内部开关动作，达到接点通断的目的，实现对外电路的控制，体积小，重量轻，具有抗砸强度高安装使用维修方便，防尘、防水灯特点，芯子采用环氧树脂密封结构，消除的电弧的危险因素，提高的安全可靠性。

克特磁开关对磁铁的S,N极均有作用。一般情况下单极性磁开关和双极性磁开关均可在矿山使用，但是在使用环境干扰比较厉害的情况下要使用单极性的磁开关，特别是金属矿石，如铁矿。

磁铁从远向近靠近磁开关时，磁铁距离磁开关的距离L>255mm时，磁开关处于常开状态，当100mm<L<245mm，磁开关处于常闭状态，当L<100mm磁开关处于常开作状态；这样可以控制现场的安装位置，同时可以提高磁开关的定位精度。所以安装磁开关时磁铁和磁开关之间的距离应该在（150mm，220mm）区间中。
